Pallets in Culpeper and Madison County

Culpeper and Madison sit at the northern edge of our service area, roughly forty-five miles out for us up the Route 15 and Route 29 corridors. We deliver and collect here, and we would rather be straight with you about how it works: these runs are scheduled around route density rather than on demand. That is not a hedge, it is how a small operator keeps a forty-five mile run worth making for both sides.

How we serve this area

We plan northern runs when there is enough work to justify the trip — a delivery and a pickup on the same journey, or two customers in the same week. For a standing order or a recurring pickup that is a good arrangement, because it becomes a predictable part of the schedule. For a single small one-off at short notice, we may ask you to wait until a run is going that way, and we will tell you roughly when that is rather than leaving you guessing.

What we supply

Recycled 48x40 GMA pallets in Grade A and Grade B, other common footprints and custom sizes. New pallets are a regular part of what we deliver into Culpeper and Madison, built to your dimension and running on the same schedule as recycled stock. Heat-treated (ISPM-15) pallets available. A partial load or a full truckload. See the grades and sizes, and we also carry IBC totes, drums, crates and reels.

Pickups in Culpeper and Madison

We collect surplus, used and damaged pallets free of charge, and where the volume is large and the stock reusable we will buy it. At this distance the load size matters more than it does closer to home: a full load is straightforward, a handful of broken pallets on its own is harder to justify. If you are not sure which you have, send a photo and a rough count and we will tell you plainly. Pickup terms are here.

Areas we cover

Culpeper town and Culpeper County, Madison town and Madison County, Brandy Station, Richardsville, Mitchells and the Route 29 and Route 15 corridors between here and there.

Questions we get from Culpeper and Madison customers

How far away are you?

About forty-five miles, north up Route 15. Madison is a similar distance on the Route 29 side.

How quickly can you deliver?

It depends on the week. Northern runs are scheduled by route rather than on fixed days, so we will give you a realistic date when you call rather than a standard answer. A standing arrangement is usually quicker than a one-off.

Is it worth setting up a recurring pickup at this distance?

Yes, and it is the arrangement that works best here. A predictable cadence lets us build the run into the schedule, which lowers our cost and shortens your wait.

Do you deliver small quantities to Culpeper?

Sometimes, when a run is already going north. We do not publish a minimum, but we will tell you honestly if a small order needs to wait for a trip rather than pretending otherwise.
