Free pallet pickup across Central Virginia

Surplus pallets are three problems at once: they eat space you pay rent on, they are a hazard while they sit there, and getting rid of them normally costs money. We solve all three at no charge. Tell us what you have, we put it on a run we are already making, and it leaves your site.

No charge. No minimum. No contract.

Why businesses hand their pallets to us

It costs you nothing

Removal firms charge to haul pallets away. We do not, because sorted and repaired pallets are worth something to us.

You get the space back

A stack of surplus pallets occupies dock or yard space you are already paying for. Most customers reclaim a bay or a corner.

It removes a hazard

Broken pallets are a trip risk, a fire load and somewhere for pests to live. Clearing them closes a housekeeping problem.

No labour on your side

Nobody on your team breaks pallets down, fills a skip or runs a load to the landfill. We load them and go.

It stays out of landfill

What can be repaired is repaired and resold; what cannot is recycled. Useful if you report on waste diversion.

One visit, both directions

If you also buy pallets, delivery and collection happen on the same stop. That is how most of our regular accounts run it.

How it works

Tell us what you have. A photo of the stack and a rough count is usually enough, and we will normally answer the same day.

We fit it to a route. Collections ride runs we are already making, which is exactly what keeps them free. A small load at the far edge of the service area may wait for a run going that way, and we will tell you when that is rather than leave you guessing.

We load and go. Nothing is needed from your team beyond access.

What we take

48x40 GMA pallets in any condition, from clean and reusable down to broken. 42x42, 48x48, 44x44 and the other common footprints. Odd and custom sizes are always worth asking about. IBC totes, drums, crates, gaylord boxes and cable reels come out on the same run rather than needing a separate arrangement.

What we cannot take

Pallets that are wet through, mouldy or rotted. Anything contaminated with chemicals, fuel, paint or food waste. Loads carrying hazardous residue, or treated with something we cannot identify. If a pallet has carried something it should not have, say so when you call — telling us is never a problem, finding out at the yard is.

When we pay you instead

For large volumes there is real value in the load and we will talk about paying for it rather than simply taking it away: a steady weekly output, or a one-off clearance of several hundred. For ordinary quantities free collection is the offer, and it is the faster answer for both of us.

Where we collect

Albemarle, Louisa, Orange, Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson, Culpeper, Madison, Goochland, Hanover, Augusta and western Henrico counties. Runs are scheduled by route rather than on fixed days, which normally means a pickup within the week.

By area: Charlottesville & Albemarle, Louisa, Mineral & Lake Anna, Gordonsville, Orange & Zion Crossroads, Fluvanna & Palmyra, Culpeper & Madison, Goochland, Short Pump & Ashland, Waynesboro, Staunton & Augusta.
